1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Emergency Save My Pet mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 Subscription Plans
- Monthly Subscription: $.99/month
2.2 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices are in USD and may vary by region
- Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
2.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase
2.4 Free Trial
- New users may be eligible for a free trial period (typically 7 days)
- You will not be charged during the free trial period
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription
- To cancel, turn off auto-renewal in your device settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends
2.5 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Refund requests must be submitted through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their refund policies
- We do not have access to process refunds directly
2.6 Price Changes
- Subscription prices may change with 30 days advance notice
- Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new prices
- You may cancel if you do not agree to price changes
3. EMERGENCY FEATURES DISCLAIMER
3.1 Not a Substitute for Professional Care
THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL VETERINARY CARE OR EMERGENCY SERVICES. IN A TRUE EMERGENCY, ALWAYS CONTACT YOUR VETERINARIAN OR EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY.
3.2 No Guarantee of Service
- We do not guarantee that emergency contacts will respond
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of veterinary information provided
- We do not guarantee that location sharing will work in all circumstances
- Network connectivity, device functionality, and third-party services may affect App performance
3.3 User Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate emergency contact information
- You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and functional
- You are responsible for verifying that emergency contacts have agreed to be contacted
- You must comply with all local laws regarding pet ownership and care
4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

4.2 Service Availability
