3.2 Payment


Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

While the App provides emergency contact features and information, we do not guarantee that emergency contacts will respond or that emergency services will be available.

Emergency location sharing features depend on device GPS accuracy and network connectivity. We are not responsible for inaccurate location data or failure to transmit location information.



4.4 Timer and Alert Features


Emergency timer and alert features are provided as a convenience tool. We are not liable for failure of these features to activate or notify contacts.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
